1. Electronic Invoicing and Statements
   • Improve efficiency and reduce AR turnaround by emailing invoices, statements, etc.
   • Set up QB Merchant account to allow customers to pay online
   • QuickBooks workflow is seamless and easy to setup and teach the bookkeeper
2. Online Credit Card Downloads (for purchases)
   • Download credit card charges from virtually any credit card company (Amex, VISA, M/C), and have QB enter the transaction into your Credit Card Liability account.
   • Easy, but some of the work flow requires user interaction. You can set up “aliases” to map vendor names to existing vendors in your list.
   • QuickBooks learns how to code transactions as you enter more transactions.
   • Reconciliation of credit cards is simpler, faster, more accurate
